Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information PrimeLine Labs collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to operate the business.
Last updated: August 2026
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide and a limited amount of technical data, including:
- Account and order details — name, email, shipping and billing address, and order history.
- Newsletter sign-ups — your email address when you subscribe.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data — basic security signals and privacy-limited first-party analytics about pages, coarse clicks, and checkout steps. Analytics is enabled by default and can be turned off from Privacy choices. Our analytics events do not store your IP address, full browser user-agent, account details, or form values; country is kept only as Canada, United States, other, or unknown.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process, fulfil, and ship your orders.
- Provide customer and research support.
- Send order updates and, where you have opted in, marketing emails.
- Detect and prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site (for example, to keep you signed in and maintain your cart). Analytics uses a random first-party visitor/session identifier stored in HttpOnly cookies and represented in analytics only as HMACs. Analytics events expire after 90 days. You can turn analytics off at any time from Privacy choices.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and email providers — and only as needed to perform those services, or where required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email, or contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
