Direct answers about ordering and documenting PrimeLine research materials.
Who may purchase PrimeLine materials?
Purchasers must be at least 21 and certify that the order is exclusively for lawful laboratory research, with no use in or on humans or animals.
Where can I find analytical data?
The COA library lists published lot-specific records. Each record shows only the laboratory, date, methods, specifications, and values entered from that certificate.
What does “In progress” mean on the COA page?
Lot-specific documentation has not been published yet. It does not imply a purity value, test result, laboratory, or completion date.
How do I match a certificate to my material?
Compare the lot identifier printed on the supplied material with the lot shown on the published certificate. Contact research support if they do not match.
Why do some materials have multiple package options?
Package options can differ in quantity and price. Select an option on the item page; the image, price, and cart line update to that selection.
How should materials be stored?
Follow the storage conditions printed on the supplied label and matching lot-specific certificate. Contact research support if the documents are unclear.
Does PrimeLine provide preparation or personal-use instructions?
No. PrimeLine does not provide preparation, administration, efficacy, medical, veterinary, or personal-use guidance.
Is a phone number required at checkout?
No. A phone number is optional and, if supplied, is used only when a delivery issue requires contact.
When is an order accepted?
Orders remain subject to payment verification, research-use qualification, availability, and the terms shown on the site.
Where can I review shipping or refund terms?
Use the policy links below for the current processing, carrier, address, damage-reporting, cancellation, and refund terms.
