Shipping & Returns
In-stock orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day using cold-chain packaging to preserve material integrity. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–4 business days; tracking is provided on dispatch.
Because these are research reference materials, opened vials cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged or does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact our research-support team within 7 days for a replacement.
