How and when we ship your order. Our goal is fast, properly-packaged dispatch that protects product integrity in transit.

Order processing
Orders are processed once payment has been received and verified. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping methods and delivery
We ship via tracked courier services. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Packaging and cold-chain
Products are packaged to protect their integrity during transit. Where a product requires temperature control, it is shipped with appropriate protection for standard transit windows. Upon receipt, store all products as indicated on the product page and certificate of analysis.
Shipping costs and taxes
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees that may apply to your destination.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier. If a package arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery may be subject to re-shipping costs.
